Where do I begin?? Lets start with the lobby that EVERY square inch has a cross or religous idol, including bibles instead of magazines in lobby. The christian music is LOUD and obnoxious!! With all the elderly people in the lobby it TRULY is Gods waiting room!!!! There are 2 desks on either side of lobby and when you ask "is this where you check in?" Your told wherever you want, this desk. That desk. Wherever!@#$ Then i proceded to listen as EVERY patient coming or going complaining about billing OR APPPT issues , or were told 2 different things out of the same persons mouth. VERY disorganized which built no confidence in office staffs abilities. And all Ive done so far is check in at desk!!!!! Next came the BIZARRE questions in the exam room. And complete over reaction because my BP is 90/80. Told them was normal 4 me.I NEVER even saw the Doctor. I was so freaked out, (by that time I had been there 1.5 hours and it kept getting weirder!! I paid My copay and left!

Dr. George-Saintilus was amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and helped me. The visit was smooth and the atmosphere was great! Being a person of color, I finally felt seen! Also her medical assistants are all great and friendly.

Dr. Saintilus is the best! She cares for her patients. She will Always be my primary care physician!

Very pleased with attention and care shown to me by Dr Saintilus and her staff. Went to WWMC for 15 years and was quite unhappy with the impersonal care. SGMC is a great practice combining knowledgeable medical care and compassion.

Dry. Never smiled. I didn't feel welcomed. When Dr. Katie first left I seen her one time. I was sure I would continue to come. Well I guess she has gained Dr. Katie's patients and feels bedside ethics are no longer needed. Or she may have just had a hard day. 🤔

Care received was a "patch it with medication" approach. She didn't go in depth at all during the visit. I left feeling still in the dark and was given no advise for at home care or tips of advice for managing symptoms. It's difficult to get to the bottom of what's really going on with a patient during a 10 minute visit.

This was my first time meeting the doctor; I normally see the nurse practitioner. She was more interested in reading my file than asking questions or looking at me in the eye. I felt like I was leading the conversation. It’s ok because I don’t have any issues, but a bit of rapport building would have gone a long way to building a relationship.
