I haven’t been to a doctor in a little while because I never have felt safe and connected with one and felt like one. Listen to me but today, I got the start of experiencing that. She listened to all of my problems, took into consideration things I had to say and just really listen to me honestly. Thank you.

Had a follow up appt for my glp-1 use. Took an early appt time to see Dr Saintilus, versus a later one when she’s not available. When I got there to my surprise I was seeing a PA. She was good however and attended to me as to my acute satisfaction - thorough. I recommend though that patients be told who their appointment is with, especially when I asked for the doctor’s availability. This is the second time this happened to me. I care about service efficiency, hence the rating. This has been proven to be a business of attentive and complete service.
