I like Dr. Zabat but his office doesn't work with my insurance company in a way that is beneficial to my medical needs. Dr. Zabat has not addressed the issue even though I have presented the problem to him on numerous occasions.

He is always overbooked and wait time is more than 90 minutes for a visit. Not sure why he books so many patients back to back and always gives some reasons for delays. After waiting for 90 minutes, he hardly spend one or two minutes with the patient, doesn’t have time to answer all questions. I experienced this two times. Not a great experience.
