Knowledgeable. I trust him
He was very kind, and I had faith in him as he cared for me. The injection he put in my shoulder was just about pain-free. He was very encouraging.
Great
My visit seem rushed. I did totally understand my final diagnosis. Still had some questions. He seems like a really good Dr. Good bedside manner. Your medical device department on the other hand was terrible. You wanted a $250 deposit for something that was being covered under my insurance? I even wanted to call my insurance in front of the manager and she says that was a waste of time. She said the new policy is a deposit no matter what. Is your company sitting on my money for months? That's a rather deceiving way to make money. On top of that they couldn't print my prescription to get the device. That department ready to let me walk out and pain no problem. I asked to speak to the manager and she was really no help. She actually followed me around and accused me of not being where I was allowed to be. I asked her if she was trying to accuse me of something. I refused to pay that device. I went to Lehigh valley and got my device with absolutely no problem and no deposit required.
Very thorough and explains things well.
Dr. Yuschak is very clear, concise and compassionate. I feel comfortable and in good hands w him.
