Doctor Vess is an outstanding doctor. He took the time to explain my X-ray in a way I could understand what was going on with my back and took care of the pain. This was my first visit with Doctor Vess and I was very pleased with him and his staff. Everything was also done in timely manner.

Despite stating I was in lot of pain, medication not called in until the next day only after I called multiple times. Doctor was unwilling to make an advanced appointment for likely procedure despite my time crunch and me moving overseas soon. Previously saw the doctor for similar issue and his answer was give it time. Maybe that was right but now he should change his sense of urgency and level of flexibility.

Waiting for the follow-up MRI scheduling and how long I have to endure the back pain until we really know the cause. He was excellent in providing his thought on diagnosis but nothing could be done to address the pain and weakness in my back and left leg therefore the MRI. Hopefully that will happen soon!
