This was my first time at the office. He was extremely rushed when talking with me. I felt he did not listen to what my pain was or acknowledge my concerns. He was in and out of the room within 5 minutes. When I asked questions, his responses were very rushed, direct, and a little rude. He told me to come back to see him in 6 weeks but if I felt better to just cancel the appointment. The lack of patient care, support and concern was definitely lacking.

Truly listens to his patients & never looks at his watch. Also does a great job explaining one’s health issues & possible need for surgery.

Doctor Vess is an outstanding doctor. He took the time to explain my X-ray in a way I could understand what was going on with my back and took care of the pain. This was my first visit with Doctor Vess and I was very pleased with him and his staff. Everything was also done in timely manner.
