He explained what was causing my knee pain and the reason for his diagnosis. Because of my age, explained why he didn’t advise surgery and pursued the least aggressive treatment, which consisted of draining a large cyst and getting a cortisone shot. I felt immediate relief.

I’ve used Dr Stanford twice with shoulder injury to both. He is great! No rush, great bedside manner, answers questions and definitely there for his patients. You are missing out if you do not request him.

Outstanding superb patient relationships with patient

Dr. Stanford is professional and thorough. However, it was our misfortune that Bree simply sent, without any medical information, that I was to have surgery. As a result, the insurance denied the surgery. She sent me to have pre-surgery blood drawn, ordered a walker & potty chair, set up therapy, and scheduled me for surgery before requesting approval from insurance. When other team members sent the information to insurance, it was quickly approved. The insurance rep. Called me, advising me, that unfortunately, he had to tell Bree that the surgery was approved. I was supposed to receive a call before 5 pm for surgery reschedule. I did NOT get a call! Dr. Stanford is a great doctor but make sure that Bree is not scheduling you for surgery or turning in your request to insurance!

The Dr was fine, it's the process that kills me. I already had my knee x-rayed, was sent to the TOC for an MRI instead I was charged $33 for ANOTHER x-ray and told I need an MRI.

Great doctor, The Stanford did a total knee replacement on my right knee 3/30/22. Everything went great, I’m healing fine. He X-ray my knee at every appointment to make sure my new knee is is working perfectly.
