Excellent throughout the entire process!

The new retina scanner was difficult for the tech to adjust. The slide bar needs lubricant (dry slide) to allow smooth transition left to right. It took extraordinary time for proper alignment. It's difficult enough to focus on the blue cross-hair target, and was very difficult for me to focus and keep eyes on site while alignment was attempted. I have had no less than 5 retina scans; this one was particularly difficult. I recognize the equipment is new, as was the tech. The tech was shadowed throughout, and could have intervened or offered direction. I am more than satisfied with the care I have received. The purpose of this response is to point out equipment that "hopped" left to right, rather than slide for finer alignment. Lubricate the bar please. Thank you for your time.

This was my first visit. He was late for his meetings w me. Rushed into the room didn’t introduce himself or confirm who I was before he began his discussion w me. This was less than a 10 min meeting after I waited 45 mins from the time of my appointment to see anyone in the office. By the way you might want to wait until the patient’s eyes are still not dilated
