It really did go well! I had RLE with LAL and I just did my 2nd lock. So that's like maybe 8 or 9 total appointments! Almost every single one was either on time or ahead of schedule. There was one that dragged maybe 20 extra minutes, but that's five stars. Not to mention that I NO LONGER need glasses AT ALL... for the rest of my life!!

Dr Snyder is the best!! He always answers all of my questions, explains every procedure, is very compassionate, and he greets me with a smile!🤩

I waited a substantial amount of time post appointment time. I felt rushed with Dr Snyder today. While he explains issues he assumes that the patient knows the anatomy of the eye and, while I consider myself intelligent, [I didn't get most of his explanation. Models or drawings would help.

Dr Snyder and staff were worth my long wait from the time I arrived and the actual laser procedure. Over an hour is why the 4 stars.

Received diagnosis. Technician wiped nothing down before or after use. Took off shoe to kill bug on wall then tried with Kleenex box. Still no disinfectant wipes. She couldn’t get 2 pieces of equipment to work. Then added drops. But failed to see I had hard contacts in. So she had to flush my eyes out. They continued to burn intensely. I requested more saline for a better rinse. When she left she apologized. Dr reacted like it’s no big deal. However I left the office with dr putting my contacts back in and eyes burning and tearing.

Very knowledgeable and explains everything in terms and language that is easy to understand. I liked him very much.

Dr. Snyder has participated in multiple medical missionary trips through Luke Society performing eye surgeries in Gracias, Honduras.
Dr. Snyder and his wife Sonya have five children, three daughters Sophia, Monica and Jessica, and two sons Isaac and Nathaniel.
