I sat in the exam chair waiting for the doctor to see me for a half an hour. There wasn't many patients in the exam rooms so I don't know why I had to wait so long. It takes way to long every visit, at least an hour or more. Wasted time.

Overall excellent and professional annual evaluation of my lattice degeneration condition diagnosed in 2021. Very good screening of the eyes. Very good retinal exams using two types of photo images and clinical exam by the specialist doctor. The doctor reviewed the findings well and gave a detailed response of potential future impacts.

I think the doctor should sit down with his patient for 10 minutes after he does a procedure. They run out after the procedure.

Dr. Eric Shakin has been treating me for Macular Edema / CRVO since 2018. He takes the time to assess and inform me with details and through I have an issue that is incurable, he has providing treatment that has prevented the issue from progressing. The office is run efficiently and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
