Not enough words to express what an amazing experience for the somewhat scary surgery I recently had with your center. Every staff member went above and beyond their duties. It was interesting to listen to them all interact with each other with so much kindness . Dr Eric so so informative and helped me understand the unknown. Appreciate the respectfulness you shared. Believe it or not I’m excited to go back next week😜

Education and Training Dr. Scripture received his Bachelors of Science degree as a Founders Scholar at Indiana University. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Indiana University, where he received Class of 1951 Academic Scholarship. This was followed by a Transitional Residency at Indiana University Methodist, before Dr. Scripture completed his ophthalmology residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Scripture was recognized as VA Outstanding Resident for his three years of service at the Indianapolis VA Hospital. During his education and residency, Dr. Scripture volunteered as a Hospice Volunteer, counselor and doctor for the ADA Camp John Warvel summer camp for children with diabetes, and volunteer doctor of the Eye Clinic at the Student Outreach Clinic.
