Hé worked le into his schedule when I learned that my online appointment booking had failed to go through. He was very gentle, soft-spoken and thorough in his assessment of my shoulder injury. He discussed a conservative treatment plan, plus next steps to treatment if results of the first measures don’t provide relief.

Excellent at answering every question I had, allowing me to see the imaging and explaining what I was looking at. Felt that he listened to me. I’ll give another rating once I’ve had the arthroscopy on my knee and am into recovery. Hope for the easy outcome he thinks I’ll have. I’m 68, had two rough years of setbacks.
