Thorough, didn’t feel rushed

Dr Rightmire is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon. He performed a repair of my torn meniscus last year. I was able to ski three months after (great PT Team too). This month I had a shoulder injury (horse riding fall that caused a concerning trauma on left shoulder and left flank (pain/numbness). I and I met with him for an appointment. The intake process with the gront desk was great (appeared a bit short staffed but it was the day before Thanksgiving so that may have been a factor). The X-Ray technician was excellent and compassionate. Dr. Rightmire was on time, polite, and he listened to me carefully regarding my injury. We reviewed the x-rays together and he explained clearly his DX based on the images and testing of my shoulder function. He assured I understood what the issues were (in layperson terms) and provided clear RX. My injury was not a major concern and I left knowing exactly what was causing the problem. Dr. Rightmire is an outstanding physician.
