Told me to suck it up basically. No help from him. My primary had rushed the appointment to get me help then he just said nothing to do. So insurance got paid. He got paid. Optim got paid. I wasted my time and paid all of the bills. It’s not entirely his fault but he had the xray and could have said don’t bother coming in I’m not willing to help you.

Horrible experience. I was recommended by another doctor in the practice. Hardly made eye contact, told me he would call with results from xray and never did. Had to buy a brace off amazon? What happened to drs having this in the office? So disappointed. There are other doctors I would highly recommend in this practice but will find someone new for my next visit.
