I’ve had the pleasure of needing Dr. Novak’s specialty twice since 2018 and both times he was very professional and direct with no BS. He listened, he checked some movements, options were laid out, choice made, choice delivered and departure - it really was, that simple.

We love Dr. Novak…such a great bedside manner, his positive attitude and his assistants..all are great. He is honest with me when I ask a question or have a concern and takes time to explain why he feels one way or another. I feel educated when I leave, which also inspires confidence.

I really appreciate the amount of time Dr. Novack took to discuss my concerns and answer my questions. He pulled up my MRI and explained what I needed to be aware of and discussed next steps. He was very personable and I felt more educated on my knee injury and optimistic in my recovery.

Posese as a typical dr but offers no real advice compared to his colleges. I was referred to him, but never saw him until I was done with rehab. He should be fired.

He is great! He took care of my husband and took his time chatting, asking if we had questions, and discussed other ways my husband is considering to make legs feel better. He has also done a great job for our son and an Achilles tear. Definitely recommend!

Honest and forth coming did not want to jump straight to surgery. Took time to explain everything

I arrived before 11 am for 11:15 appointment, after the waiting area cleared out, at 11:25 sign in clerk said what is your name, and they should get you soon. I was not taken back till 11:45, then said you need X-ray, that was another 10 min wait. Then taken to doctor cubicle and waited another 15 min. Dr Novack popped in to say he would be in in a bit. It was now 12:15. Not once did he or his staff apologize! This is poor scheduling on someone’s part.

we love dr. Novack. I had made an appt with dr. Novack for my son. I got a confirmation text stating that the appt was with dr. Novack. When my husband and son arrived at the appt they were told that he would be seeing the pa. the pa mentioned they share the patient load. patients should be notified of this ahead of time. no one wants to show up for an appt with a specific provider and then be told they would be seeing someone different.

Dr Novack is amazing! So grateful he and his team were there for us after my mom suffered a fall resulting in a fracture. One of the best!!!

Dr. Novak looked at my X-rays remotely since I went to the Trauma Center on a day he wasn’t present. When I went to his office 2 weeks later, he was familiar with my injury and didn’t make me feel like just another number. He was friendly, personable and communicated well.

Doctor Novack is a fantastic physiywith an amazing bedside manner.

Initially I was irritated as a new patient because I’d just completed new patient paperwork and then I was asked all the things that were on the entire first page. Then I saw a PA, who was nice enough but needed to “consult” with Dr Novack. I was never told I’d be seeing a PA. To add insult to injury they were speaking loud enough I heard everything they discussed. Not impressed.

Dr. Novack always explains the course of treatment he is recommending. He and all of the office staff are helpful and friendly making us feel like friends not just patients.

After leaving Dr. Novack's office with a cast on her arm, my 7 year old daughter said, "Dr. Novack is the best doctor on the planet! He's super fun and knows alot about broken arms and dogs." He was amazing from start to finish-Very informative and made my daughter feel very comfortable. This physician takes the time to discuss best resolution to your problem so both patient and physician have an agreed method of treatment.

I haven't seen Dr. Novack the last two appointments, which is disappointing. I also was requested to use Ortho Arizona physical therapists, but my report was not read before my appointment. I appreciated the honesty, but that also is disappointing when the therapist takes the time to update my progress and issues I am having. A range of motion check seemed to be an afterthought. I was repeatedly asked if I had any questions, but the appointment was a complete disappointment.

On June 25th I broke my Femur and was flown to HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center. That night Dr. Novak reset my Femur. I had little conversation with him before and after the surgery which seemed to go well. During my post surgery stay at HonorHealth some of the staff commented how good Dr. Novak is as an Orthopedic surgeon which obviously made me feel good because in this situation I had not choice but whichever doctor was “on” that night. I will be seeing him on July 6th for the first post surgery appointment. UPDATE: Just came from post surgery check up with Dr. Novak. He was great. Very personable. Patiently answered all of my questions including explaining the process. His staff were very helpful, thoughtful and considerate. Highly recommended.

He is the most amazing doctor. Takes time to listen, explain, and actually take care of you. I would never go anywhere else and recommend him to everyone who needs an ortho.

However I didn't see Dr. Novack today, I saw Greg, his PA, very personable, professional and was in and out quickly. I would recommend my family and friends to this Orthopedic office anytime.

Dr. Novack is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. He has helped me so much with my knees. The PT facility he recommended (ATI) was excellent! I highly recommend Dr Novack to anyone experiencing knee problems. His assistant Gary is great and his staff is awesome. They are all pleasant and helpful. Going to the doctor is never something we look forward to but all of my visits here have gone very well. Thank you!

Very unsatisfactory experience with this office over the course of treatment. To top it off, you would expect they would have a hand-out as to how to help oneself with home physical therapy due to Corona Virus not allowing phys. therapy businesses to function. After breaking limbs, we have to do our best to rehabilitate and this office provides no resouces/info in this regard. It is his practice and the buck stops here! Poor service generally

The doctor refused to give me any options aside from surgery to help my swollen knee ( mind you I can barely walk and am in constant pain / discomfort) and his staff is absolutely horrible and lacking any form of people skills or empathy. I told the doctor I felt nauseous and asked for water which he left and the nurse brought me yet no one asked if I felt okay or like I was going to pass out etc
