Eric Kramer has seen me twice and also by his nurse practitioner Marco Trujillo twice, since May 2023. They ordered several tests, which I took. When being told the results I was not shown the actual results. The two did not seem to agree on the results so I received conflicting information. The practice is disorganized and failed to return calls. Their admin staff are rude and confrontational when you do talk with them. At my last appointment we were told by Eric Kramer that they could do nothing more for me. They have really done nothing. I question the abilities of the doctor.

I take my Mom to Dr. Kramer, he is by far the best doctor my Mom has. He is kind, compassionate and an expert in his field. He makes you feel comfortable, takes his time with you. Office staff is wonderful as well.

There are very few doctors out there that actually take the time to listen and address concerns that a patient might have. I highly recommend this doctor!
