I was impressed with how fast the whole visit took place. It ran smoothly from start to finish. XRays were taken, I saw Dr Johnson, and he gave me the treatment within 60 mins. I was back to my car in 1 hr !!!

Why am I told to "be there 30 minutes early", and then wait a half an hour? You say that tardy patients will be rescheduled. Patients also have responsibilities.
