I believe Dr. Harris is a good surgeon. I I feel he did a great job. He is very down to earth but will tell you how it is, just be honest about your health, he can smell BS. Sue is also great, and always gives me answers with patience and kindness. I still have pain, but I know it’s a process with me. Dr. Harris will take the next step after a little more time. I might have waited too long for my surgery, but I am hopeful.

Dr. Harris did not listen to what I had to say. He assumed I was like everyone else & my pain was like everyone else's. I was not able to provide history of my pain to him, he just suggested a pain mgmnt person. He could not do anything for me. If he would have let me tell him the history of my pain, then maybe he could have. He did not want to get to know me or figure out why I am in pain. The appt. was not even 10 minutes. He left the rm before I could ask any questions. I felt like cattle, hurry get in & hurry to get out. His bedside manner was rude. He needs to learn how to take the time to listen to his patients, they are paying a lot of money. We do not want to pay for an appt that did not help, was useless, pointless, & shoved out the door so he could get to his next patient. I will never go back to him or this facility again. He needs to learn to treat his patients better & to take the time to LISTEN to them. We are all not the same & not all have the same issues/pain.

9 weeks post up 3 level cervical/thoracic fusion. All I can say is WOW! What a difference it has made. I know it can take up to a year to feel full benefit but I can feel my hands again, my shoulder pain has almost gone away, my strength is improving and although getting used to my neck not moving certain ways, it is by far the best decision I have ever made having this surgery done. I highly recommend if you have limited function and increased pain and have tried every other conservative option. I waited over 5 years of treatments to do it. So glad I did. Now, for Dr Harris. He is very thorough, answers any questions and knows his stuff and shoots it to you straight. He has a great friendly bedside manner that sometimes you don’t see in specialties (especially ortho), when it’s dominated by male surgeons with that for lack of a better word, machismo. He can relate with you on all levels of people. That’s so nice this day an age. Now off to therapy. Thanks Doc!

I didn't get the care I received. I tried talking to him and was dismissed and walked out of there just upset because I'm trying to get better didn't even examine me. Just said pt and that was it. I'm trying to get to the root of my problem. But it's hard when dr. Doesn't provide the care for patients.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Harris. X-rays were taken,he came in,looked at my xrays,didn't tell me nothing about the x-rays. Just told me to get my arms better. And told me to see a pain management clinic. He acted rude,as if he didn't care as a physician. I am not happy with him.

Dr. Harris, and perhaps Bone and Joint Clinic, seem reluctant to take on any challenging diagnosis beyond the "normal". A brief look at x-ray and old MRI's do not begin to touch any creative or personal solutions to my personal problem. Furthermore, I was advised to explore the standard solutions when there is no specific problem addressed or found. I was not surprised at this approach, but was disappointed.

Today I felt like Dr Harris did not understand my back pain. He wanted to know if it was above or below belt line. The pain in like a vice on my L4-L5 area and numbness down back of left leg. When back pain is bad I list to my left side when I walk.

Dr Harris listened to my concerns. He was gentle on my leg that had a wound, but was able to gather the info and set a treatment plan.

Greatest doctor that made the pain go away!

My first mistake was to be loyal and pick an orthopedic dr. in Cheyenne. Second mistake waiting several weeks for an appointment. Third mistake was 6 weeks of Physical Therapy. My appointment today was the last an final mistake! He can’t help me, doesn’t think I need surgery and REFERRED me to dr in Fort Collins. I asked him if it meant weeks or MONTHS wait time. He could have cared less. He fulfilled his Medicare requirements and turfed me elsewhere. I hope I never end up in the ER and he is the orthopedic surgeon on call. I really liked Sue and felt she CARED.

Explanation of the cause of damaged area and mean while what can be offered to reduce the pain until the procedure for the scheduled shot. Too much time between each visit and I still have to endure days of pain, some days more than others. Aspirin is just not doing the trick anymore and I get an upset stomach offen.

You seemed in a hurry. You judged me! I wasn’t seeking drugs. I felt small and stupid. I’m neither. Two better Dr.s told me I needed surgery. You relied on your exray. Not my MRI’s, or CT, which shows I’m bone on bone and many issues that need surgery. I needed help. I need surgery, thank the good Lord I was shown who you are. I would not refer anyone to you Dr. I can walk on tip toes, heels, touch my toes. Doesn’t me I didn’t struggle or wasn’t in severe pain. You waisted my time. I didn’t need drugs, I don’t want to ruin my body, I’m dying sooner with them. I cried in my car. I filled out paperwork on my back. You didn’t read them? If you took the time instead of judging me and cutting me off multiple times maybe my judgement wouldn’t be this.

Dr. Harris is amazing! Definitely should have seen him a long time ago. His staff is always smiling and makes me feel like a person and not just another paycheck. Would highly recommend Dr. Harris for any spine related issues!!

Throughout my visit with Dr. Harris I felt I was in extremely capable, knowledgable and professional hands.

Dr Harris is the Best.

I have had chronic lumbar, both hips, and leg problems for quite awhile. It’s to the point it’s debilitating. Dr. Harris listens, orders appropriate PT, imaging, and shoots it to you straight. Excellent bedside manner and listened to my wife as well, since she remembers things I forget to mention, but she is around me and knows. His nurse in room with him is pretty fantastic herself. Friendly. Front office is also a great addition to the team. Michele or Shelly I heard someone say is very helpful and nice. She talks so nice to those who need help understanding and those on the phone. You see/hear a lot when you have a couple minutes waiting to be called back. Oh, and that is also a point to make, very little wait time in lobby or exam room. Bonus. Thank you for making my physical problems a little easier to tolerate with a team like that.

I've only just met him, but he asked good questions and asked me to demonstrate movement while in his office. He's having me start with the least invasive option first and we'll go from there. He's already done more than the last doctor I went to.

Personal care and time to talk thru all otions was great.

I was not happy with doctors advice. He gave me not real solution to my back pain. He did want me to see another PT to help with the pain in my legs. But even I know the problem is in my back. I told him that I didn’t want to see another PT because they only cause me more pain. I am now looking for another doctor. What a waste of my time

Best orthopedic surgeon I’ve been to. Better than the neurosurgeon I have seen.

He listened well and was very kind. He explained things well also.

Dr Harris at Premier Bone and Joint is the best. He listens and explains things thoroughly. I would recommend him to my family and friends. Don’t forget his nurse Sue she is amazing too ! As well as all the members at Premier Bone and joint always warm and welcoming.

Dr. Harris really listened to my concerns and was very thorough.

Three back surgeries later and finally feeling better. Dr Harris never gave up on me and genuinely seemed to care. He is truly a great doctor and Sue his nurse is the sweetest woman I have had the pleasure of interacting with.

My appointment was less than 60 seconds, charged for an intermediate visit. No concern about helping me get better, just wants that money.

Extremely impressed with Dr Harris! Very courteous, very thorough, and very informative!! Actually examined me and performed tests on me to see what might be wrong, in stark contrast to the previous doctor I saw. Tremendously glad I came to Dr Harris for a second opinion.

Felt pressured on a therapist and was rushed. His nurse helped smooth his behavior over.

He was very late coming in and spent a total of 7 minutes with us. He seemed distracted and rushed us through any questions. It was really disappointing. For the cost of the visit and X-rays and mri, we didn't find out a lot and left with. more questions than we came with.

Dr. Harris was very thorough in his explanation and then asked if I had questions, and then asked my wife if she had questions or concerns. He answered all our questions and concerns and took time to explain the procedure and recovery.

He spent approximately 5 minutes looking at me, didn’t ask any questions about lifestyle, and didn’t look at chart/patient history at all. He was in about before I could say anything about my anxieties. A grossly uni-dimensional approach.

Dr. Harris is an exception dr and takes the time to ask and answer all of my questions.

He fixed my problem, and does solid followup to make sure.

Instead of putting my name on the Date and time of next Appointment card, would be more helpful I fyou put Doctors Name on card!
