Great communicator.

He did not introduce himself; he did not ask a single post op question, did not ask how I was feeling, or explain what he was doing.

Dr. Ferris was late, reasonably polite, not very communicative, and minimalist in his explanations of what he saw and what he prescribed. Rather disappointing overall.

Dr. Ferris has a good "bedside manner". It appears that he cares about the patients because he asks questions and follow on questions. This is my 2nd annual with Dr. Ferris; I am completely satisfied.

Dr. Ferris is very knowledgeable about my dry eye condition. I trust his professional opinion and treatment options.

Oh, is that who I saw! I'm sure he knows his job yet I left feeling like a number. No introduction. Checked the eye and put something in it with no explanation what he's doing. Just weird.
