I was at Icon an hour and 10 minutes before I saw Dr. Farris when he did come into the room, understandably it took him a while to catch up on my case, but he was still confused for a while after that. I left with no written instructions as to my eyedrop use pregnancy and I have to call back today to learn that.

My experience at icon was terrible. Your brought in one door, fed through an assembly line and out another door at the end. Fed from person to person, room to room. Along the way there was a lot of people, each doing their specific job. Like robots or ants. It was very impersonal, almost dehumanizing. I will not be returning and would not recommend.
