Definitely seems to know what he is doing as far as LALs. His manner is unfriendly and he seems to not really care about the person, only the eyes. Even then, one wonders if he is simply doing a job that he really doesn’t enjoy. He mostly gives one word answers to questions. I feel that I really have to push to get answers to my questions.

I think I caught him on a bad day. All though gut he was very professional and obviously knew his profession he was grouchy. He was upset about a computer not logging in and was also very rushed and in a hurry.
