He is knowledgeable, and kind. But he prescribed some drops with a pink bottle cap for my 2nd eye without realizing I still have a half bottle of the same from my 1st eye. Now I can’t return them to the pharmacy as I picked them up on my way home. Didn’t realize until I got home that I already had the exact same. His Scribe, Sonam is so good, he even remembers my name. I have only seen him 3 times.

In 2005, Dr. Ferris completed two externships in Florida with focuses on primary care optometry, surgical cataract co-management, macular disease, and glaucoma. From 2006 to 2020 Dr. Ferris practiced at a general ophthalmology clinic in Gainesville, GA focusing on primary care, ocular disease, and surgical cataract co-management.
Dr. Ferris has been a member of the American Optometric Association for eighteen years. Prior to moving to Grand Junction, Dr. Ferris was born and raised in South Florida. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters, mountain biking and hiking, and also enjoys whitewater kayaking and motorsports.
