The entire staff were professional and welcoming. My experience couldn’t have been better - from my initial phone call to my visit with Dr. Ferris.
Dr. Ferris is very knowledgeable and professional. He genuinely cares about me as a patient!
He was more concerned about the time of day it was and getting together with his staff after work then he was in my appointment.
Comprehensive and thourough exam.
Dr. Ferris is very professional, pleasant and I trust him completely!
Professional and explains things thoroughly.
Wasn’t advised that if I went to a different eye doctor I wouldn’t have a refraction fee of $50. Eyes were so blurry when I left the office that I felt unsafe driving home. Wish I’d been told to bring a driver. It would have been nice if he had looked at me when he entered the room instead of heading directly to the computer without any eye contact when he introduced himself. Not a very satisfying visit all in all. Rachel was wonderful however.
Very knowledgeable and cares about you as a patient.
Thanks Dr Ferris. Kay Simons
Like him very much
