He caught that I have Macular Degeneration. While not good news, want to do what I can to save my vision.
He told me about the Valeda treatment & I will be getting started on that program.

His aid was supposed to call in a new stronger steroid eye drop. Because my eye was swollen more the expected.
This concerned me greater
I live 2 hours away. When I got home I went straight to the pharmacy only to find out the prescription wasn’t called in yet!!

From 2006 to 2020 Dr. Ferris practiced at a general ophthalmology clinic in Gainesville, GA focusing on primary care, ocular disease, and surgical cataract co-management.
Dr. Ferris has been a member of the American Optometric Association for eighteen years. Prior to moving to Grand Junction, Dr. Ferris was born and raised in South Florida. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters, mountain biking and hiking, and also enjoys whitewater kayaking and motorsports.
