He is a 2014 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at La Crosse-Mayo Family Medicine Residency. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Elleby is an avid Minnesota sports fan, fisherman, and enjoys telling jokes.
