I went for a “meet and greet” to be introduced to Dr. Ephraim Atwal prior to my cataract surgery and implant of LALs. He was professional, caring, and patient as he aswered all y questions and concern. I truly appreciated his knowledge and cutting edge techniques.

Dr. Atwal Sr. Completed the final eye evaluation. He was thorough, personable and answered all of the questions.

I cancelled my appointment 3 weeks in advance yet I continued to receive text, voice and email prompts to complete admission forms and study educational materials. So I confirmed my cancellation twice by calling the main number for scheduling and cancelling and was told each time my aptmt was cancelled. I should not have received this survey email if I did not come under the care of your practice, further evidence of your poor office systems. Get it together, Atwal!

Just about entire staff were the most pleasant and happy group I've ever encountered in a medical office. It was only one receptionist that wasn't nice.

He did a cataract for me in 2019; when needing my other eye done there was no question about my choice. He is professional and engaging; his front line staff are warm and friendly and efficient. The clinical staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Kind. Really listened. Really made me feel at ease . Said I have a problem and he will fix it. Gave me eye exercises to help.

Super nice guy, talked me through everything he was doing and was very patient with me and my nerves. I highly recommend atwal for lasik.

Though a busy practice, he always takes time with you. Thoroughly covers every detail. He always explains what he is doing. If he is looking at the computer, he explains why he is looking, shows you the data and explains it. But the most important item, he looks at you when talking to you, never talk you, when looking at the computer. When he rattles off medication protocol, he tells the nurse to write it down immediately for the patient - nothing left to chance. That is why he deserves the best rating possible. I have had 2 surgeries the practice has my confidence because of him

I waited and waited and was told Dr Atwal would be in soon. I saw him in the hallway three times. Employee then came in and told me that Dr Atwal left for surgery and he'd be tied up until at least 3:00. I am very disappointed that I did not get to see him as I specifically asked for him when I made the appointment.

I went along with my 82 year old father to his eye appointment. Dr. Atwal did an amazing job explaining macular degeneration to my father, who had mistakenly believed years before that he would soon be blind because he had glaucoma. Macular degeneration wasn’t great news, but Dr. Atwal was kind and informative and compassionate, and my father left feeling better about his eyesight and independence going forward. I so appreciate how the appointment went.

I’ll take eye surgery here over the dentist any day.

Surgery center had the view on a political charged station. They did not provide me with a proper medication prior to surgery. Had numerous problems with the eye sense the surgery. They told me it was a simple procedure, still having problems. Professionalism lacking. Seeing perhaps another eye specialist regarding my vision and the problems I’m having.

I saw Dr. Krieger not Dr. Atwal.

While his skill was phenomenal and I have incredible vision now, he was extremely rude and has poor bedside manner. Being anxious for the procedure already, he was yelling at me during the procedure for moving my eye though I thought I was holding it straight the entire time. Instead of gentle redirection and calm communication, he was blunt and snippy. After speaking with a friend who recieved Lasik under his care within the past year, I learned they had a very similar experience. Again, I'm very happy with my procedure being quick, painless, and extremely successful but the emotional disconnect was disheartening. I myself am a clinical Healthcare professional and I'd never speak to a patient in the manner that was used in that operating room.

This was a fantastic experience. This team is friendly, thorough and extremely efficient! If you're on the fence, take the leap and schedule a consultation! I'm so happy I chose Atwal Eye Care. This has given me freedom I've longed for since I was 11 year old.

He was awesome, as I waited my turn in the queuing for surgery an elderly women that was ahead of me told me that she was very nervous. I tried to calm her by telling her that i was having my 2nd eye done by him and how good of Dr. he is and that there was no pain at all. Once the nurse took her in I could hear him speaking very calm and asking what her concerns were, he eased her concerns and when she came out she smiled at me.

Waited an hour to see the doc but it was so well worth it because Dr .Ephraim really took his time as I’m sure he did with the patients before me. He was kind, attentive and honest. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Alway nice neat and clean environment. Staff is pleasant and respectful. Never, have I had one bad experience with them, even with my dad that was going there. This facility gave him their upmost best.

I had Lasik done..this doctor's bedside manner was quite rough and very abrasive. The nurses in the procedure room on the contrary, we're very friendly and informative.
