He is the Director of the Atwal Laser Vision Correction and Aesthetic facility at the 3095 Harlem Road office in Cheektowaga, NY.
Dr. Atwal received his doctorate from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. He completed a fellowship with the world-renowned researcher, Dr. Herbert Kaufman at L.S.U. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans and his ophthalmology residency at the Ochsner, Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Ophthalmology Program. Dr. Atwal is the Medical Director of Eye and Tissue services of Unyts.

I was there to get a consult for getting cataracts removed. I was informed that it would take up to 2 hours. It did but I saw many different people and it moved along quickly.

He is professional and friendly. He will be doing my cataract surgery on my right eye in February and he did my left eye surgery in the beginning of this year. No issues. Everything went very well. Highly recommend.
