I witnessed an older grayish haired receptionist in the middle window make an older lady cry like a baby,because she got lost and was 15 mins late, everyone in the waiting room gasped. Upon listening to your employee accosted her like she did was uncalled for. The lady asked if she could wait, or be worked in, your mean employee shut her up with a big NO YOU WERE LATE !!!! I do hope the other. Calls or writes a review also. Then I wasn't there to see a PA I was sent to see you, and even your pa stated why my 1 mri was not done with entire spine, I stated I feel it's so Dr's can dbl charge the insurance companies because ipt. being sent 2xs for mri and 2 appts make more $$$ for Drs.. I. Not i.pressed thus far. We'll see.. shame o. Your employee for not treating it with kindness . Nasty behavior from 1 employee can cause alot of ppl to not come to your office.

I love Dr Putney. I would definitely recommend her this is not our for my first encounter with her. She's compassionate. Thorough. Patiently listens to the situation, feelings, worries, symptoms.

I had X-rays….the tech was very efficient Office staff, not so efficient……needs help, in particular receptionist at front desk. Maybe she is new, but she should have known that I was a new patient and needed to complete paperwork.

I never met her. I was seen by her assistant Michael, who was Very helpful, Pleasant & answered any questions I had. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient.

This is my third time at the office. The first time she was interested and patient. Six months later a new procedure was discussed and I had questions and felt rushed and unsure. I left feeling unsure and when a procedure was ordered with anesthesia that I had before without I didn't think to ask why it was necessary and I'm left unsure how to approach that. If the time I paid for to discuss my care was rushed how do I go about getting all of my questions answered. I need to trust someone before operating.

Got right to the point. Referred me to a neurologist and recommended therapy. Spent tops 5 minutes with her.

I had a stress fracture due to metastatic breast cancer that landed on my hip and was told that I would eventually have a stress fracture so I met her right before surgery, and I was very confident that she knew exactly what to do and she had already known my history. She did a great job, and I healed up very quickly.

I'm 42yrs old and until May of 2022 I've never seen a doctor before. Prided myself on excellent health. However life happens and I experienced a terrible fall. I've unfortunately had to visit numerous doctors & all of that , except Dr Putney treated me like I wasn't human at all. It's so unfortunate that so many western docs are desensitized to.the point of ignoring each individual as a unique case & rare as humans really are. Dr Putney is passionate & persistent about her job/purpose!!! It's clear & refreshing to say the least!!! 🙏🏼

Feedback is rare. Moves so fast one doesn't feel the time is there for a Q&A. Almost an uncaring meeting. An experience totally opposite to my most recent follow up meeting with another specialist.

She only spent 2 minutes with me and I had to ask to see the Dr I thought I would have a better diognosis after my mri But now I have to go to beaches and get another mri This time of my spine..after waiting 3 months after the referral from my drs office. I’m very disappointed

The sad fact is that she is so over booked that in the 6 times I had appointments with her I saw her once. Her PA is very thorough and nice. He ordered the tests and She went over them with me and ordered PT and injections. Overall, I felt she was impersonal.
