Very pleasant, courteous and informative. Made sure that I had instructions on how to help get well. The only problem I have. Is there is an issue with my medi-cal. I was unable to get my prescription. The office mentioned there was something strange. But didn't inform me that it might not work for payment.

The Doctor did very well answered all my questions and got what I needed
She did not send my prescription to the pharmacy. Was unreachable and ended up needing to go to the hospital for my pain because of this.

Very kind and genuinely concerned for my well being.
I give her 5 stars because she gave me time to explain her my concerns about my health. She gave me her advice about things I need to do improve for better health. Plus she’s speaks my language which makes me feel better to be talking with a doctor on my language. I am very grateful that she’s part of Chc .
