I appreciate the thoroughness of care and answers to my questions, both before and after my procedure.
She was very thorough. I especially enjoyed that she introduced herself at the very beginning. That set the tone for my procedure. I felt comfortable in her care because of it.
I was scheduled for bot a colonoscopy and an EGD. When she noted that I had a pretty bad cold, making it hard for me to breathe through my nose, she recommended rescheduling the EGD. This seemed a little inconvenient at the time, for me and the team assembled, but after her explanation, I had to admit that she was absolutely right. Good Doc, that I trust.
