He is very pleasant, however, he never listened to my heart, and he said everything was fine, whatever that means. He said I need a blood draw for my cholesterol and he said they would do it right there in the office. I sat there for another 10 minutes and a girl came in to discharge me and didn’t know anything about the blood draw. I went out to the waiting room where I was told to wait and I explained it to a girl and she said no I had to check out she didn’t know anything about it. I sat back down. 10 minutes later another checkout male took care of me and looked into the blood draw issue. We had to wait till the doctor was through with another patient and ask him if indeed, he did ask for a blood draw. The answer was yes, so I don’t know who dropped the ball, but it was not a very pleasant experience I know checking out is difficult, but that is their job and they shouldn’t be snappy with people. Mike checked me out and he was awesome. Very patient with me.
