To further refine his expertise, he pursued a fellowship in Head & Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto, training at Toronto General Hospital, ranked #3 in the world by Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals 2024.

Born and raised in New York, Dr. Elliot Koo discovered his passion for otolaryngology early in his medical training, drawn to the specialty’s anatomy, problem-solving nature, and its ability to make a direct impact on patients’ lives. He is committed to delivering university-level care in a community setting, ensuring that patients across the Chicagoland region receive the highest standard of treatment with a personalized approach.
