Dr. Ngo is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answers all of your questions and does an excellent job of explaining results of your eye exam. The office staff are also very pleasant. Everything runs very smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend North Texas Eye Center for all of your vision needs.
Everyone was very nice. They got me in and out really quick!
Explains clearly
I was very favorably impressed by the young lady who did my refraction testing and initial work. I understood her name to be Jess. She was so much nicer, but also noticeably knowledgeable & professional than previous personnel had been. From what I observed of the other young lady who seemed to be preforming the job she, too, seemed to have the same good professional demeanor.
Dr. Ngo is courteous and patient in answering all my questions. She has a relaxed and confident attitude which makes her patients comfortable. I am very satisfied with her treatment of my eyes.
Very professional and caring. Interacts with patients really well.
Dr. Ngo is an outstanding physician/doctor who is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work. Her expertise is very important in how I gauge how well I am doing. She is always engaged in her delivery of care and she doesn’t mind going the extra mile to help me understand what is going on with my eyes.
This was my first visit to this practice. The service was excellent; the employees were efficient and Dr. Ngo answered all questions. It would be helpful if their waiting room had more chairs, in place of a couch. (Older folks often can’t get up easily from a couch!) Another suggestion: have online preregistration.
Excellent care received
