Dr. Trinidad was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease after my surgery and felt confident in me receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Never meet or seen her see a NP was not happy

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Which was my INITIAL VISIT. I had a scheduled appointment and I’m still not sure if I ever saw the dr !! The MA was very thorough and then about 1/2 hour later a PA came in and asked if I was ready for the injections?? I said I was there to see Dr Trinidad and was still waiting for her to go over my MRI’s which I brought with me. After the PA left, I waited a good hour before I finally walked out and asked if they had forgotten me.. which they had .. about 5 min later, a woman walked in for 4 MINUTES… never introduced herself and said my chart must have been mixed up with others ????? I asked her to look a my MRI’s which were on the screen but someone knocked on the door and said they were ready for her … bottom line .. I was given prescriptions and a follow up visit appt .. with no knowledge of why …. Terrible terrible service ..

A very well knowledgeable caring staff from the security guard who’s watching & protecting our vehicles in the parking lot to the end at ck out after seeing the doctor. The Doctor, PA & Staff very pleasant, friendly & knowledgeable. I’m glad I went there for my back treatment.

Amazing !!! I had a not so good experience with my previous dr..they failed to diagnose my ongoing pain on a surgery they did. DR Trinidad not only figured out what was causing my ongoing pain she scheduled surgery n replaced the hardware in my neck that was causing massive ongoing headaches ..she has honestly changed my way of life and it's only been a week since the surgery..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!

This is the first doctor who took time to actually take action to alleviate my pain. First good experience in a year long fight to get answers.

I was scheduled for the injections in my neck and of course I was apprehensive about what the pain might be like and I was very pleasantly surprised it is not bad at all and that's with just having the topical freeze spray. I would recommend this to a friend.
