Dr. Elizabeth Scannell, M.D., is a dedicated OB/GYN at Essex County OB/GYN, serving the community where she was raised. After completing her undergraduate education at Bates College, she earned her medical degree from UMass Medical School. Dr. Scannell then moved to New York City to complete her residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, gaining extensive experience in the high-acuity environment of Manhattan before returning home to Massachusetts.
Dr. Scannell finds her greatest professional fulfillment in supporting women through the diverse phases of their lives. She views her role as a partnership, providing a steady hand through both the joys of new parenthood and the challenges of reproductive health.
