She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the College of the Holy Spirit in Manila, Philippines. She then earned her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, also in Manila. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
Dr. Salcedo is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. In addition to serving patients in New Jersey, Dr. Salcedo has volunteered for medical and clinical services in a rural province in the Philippines.
