Very nice professional; took her time answering my questions; made me feel confident about my upcoming treatment.
Always runs late Not very personable- shows no empathy re any bad news. You could be crying your eyes out and she doesn’t pause to say she sorry or touch u (pat on shoulder. With that said she does explain things.
