Dr Anoia Loftus takes her time, answers all my questions and has an understanding of my issues.

Wait was very short and Doctor was very informative & Helpful.

Doc was knowledgeable and listened well but felt extremely rushed and not really given time to ask questions nor did she ask if I had any. Also, unrelated to the doctor specifically, why do you have people fill out all the online information and then ask all the same questions when the patient gets to the office. If it’s to double check that would be understandable but that didn’t seem to be the case when I said I answered all the questions on line they looked at me as if they didn’t know what I was talking about.

Very helpful and informative. Would like to get printout of our appointment. Some of the suggestions need to be noted down so they aren’t forgotten.

I trust her medical knowledge. I believe she knows what course of action and how aggressively my condition needs to be managed.

Even though she was heading to another patient. She stopped to answer and confirm questions. She takes time to explain.

She is very informative and easy to talk to. She never seems hurried even though she is very busy.

I felt that she rushed me and didn't listen to all my issues. However. I do have understand that I declined another urine diary and any medication due to my allergies. Only thing we agreed is that my constipation is my too issue at this time. Staff is wonderful and organized. Easy to check-in and nurse updated my new medications. I was frustrated yesterday when tried to login for office visit summary. I did not get an activation code and my reply to email came back as daemon error.

If you are looking for a thorough, professional, and caring urologist Dr Anoia-Loftus is your person. I was referred by my sister who couldn’t say enough positive things about Dr Anoia. Much like you I read the reviews and they were completely contradictory to what my sister experienced with Dr Anoia. I trust my sister so I made my appointment and I’m glad I did. She’s an excellent physician and I will refer all of my friends. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself.

I see Dr Anoia for BPH treatment. She and her assistant are always professional, thorough, friendly and enthusiastic, and are very good at keeping me informed about my diagnosis and treatment options.

All of my questions plus those I wouldn’t even think of asking are answered by Dr. Loftus. She’s very thorough. Along with being pleasant and smart! I am very glad my family doctor recommended her to me.

My husband, Mike, was having a Cystoscopy and he was very anxious about it. Dr. Anoia really knew how to take your mind off the procedure and kept busy with conversation regarding what was happening so that the time went by quickly and before we knew it, it was over. She explained everything we were seeing on the monitor, and it was very interesting as it is a rare opportunity to experience the internals of the human body.

She found my prostate cancer and she helped with my sleep apnea which Zi thought was a plumbing issue. I would recommend her to anyone.

The check in process was great. When I was called in the room , two people showed up without any name tags, introduced themselves only by name, not positions and start asking me all my medical history again, even I filled out web form and brought all papers with me. Dr. Didn’t even do any medical check. At first she gave me a lecture of why she will not prescribe antibiotics, even I never ask for one. She scorned me of not drinking enough, whiteout even asking on how much do I drink. Then she was pushing me overpriced vitamins and cystoscopy procedure without giving me a chance of trying medication or other non invasive tests. I felt very bad after that visit. I am not coming back to this Doctor!

I don’t remember the name of the clinical staff member, but she was also excellent. Dr. Anoxia was in the office in less than a minute. I answered her questions and she provided me with scripts for bloodwork and medication. Beyond the clinical, she has excellent rapport, put me at ease.

Don’t spend enough time with you to understand your problems waited longer than my visit took was in and out in 10 minutes
