I have been seeing Dr Burckardt for the past three years to treat my voice disorder (Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis). She is great! She really listens to my concerns and has always answered my questions. She really seems concerned and I feel totally confident that she does her best to help.

Dr. service was great. But the front office staff and business office need some work.

Dr. Burckardt, her assistant Candace and her office staff are all very personable. Always accommodating, pleasant and patient! My stress level for receiving botox injections for my vocal chords is made a bit more bearable with this amazing Doctor and her staff!

She was very professional, concerned and very nice. She explained procedures answered my question about my voice returning to normal truthfully. She explained procedures she could do and showed me the results of my scope of my vocal cords. I was very impressed with her knowledge of what could be done to try to help my voice, but answered my question, would I get my normal voice back by saying no and I appreciated that.
