The receptionist was so rude due to me not arriving until appointment time due to raining like hell. Then I had forgot my papers.
Then the nurse was even more rude.
The doctor not one time looked me in the eye. I was taught to look a person in the eye if you want trust.
I looked so forward to finally getting in. Just to be let down. All I want is to feel better and answers...how can I possibly feel any truly cared today?
