This visit was a total waste of my time. I was seen 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My concerns were not listened to, and I felt dismissed. 5 days after my visit I am still not seeing lab results for very basic lab tests which other doctors typically return in 24 hours. This practice does not use Epic so now my medical records are fragmented

Dr. Warner was extremely late in seeing me (I waited in the room 45 minutes). And then, he spent very little time with me and was quick to wrap up the appointment. I had a few questions that he did not really answer or offer much information on. I understand that I am not in active treatment but would have appreciated a better discussion, especially since I only come about once a year.

Dr. Warner is very professional. He is thorough and he goes over every thing I need to know. He gives me the opportunity to ask questions and gives me the answers to those questions.

I wasn't allowed to say why I was there (transfusion causing off WBC) as order didn't tell all and was cut off before finishing that Allegra changed last 2 bw . I was told 6mo bw but I had so many important questions like what is treatment if since 6.23 bw not normalizing. How long normally to normal bw transfusion. What do to help itching as wasn't able to tell about itching until forced conversation and link? Think bc it was minor i was not given more than 6 minutes but I'm fatigued by end of day since it's been 1 year and yes body is keeping minor but didn't even get to ask if necrotic fibroids leading to this that will be removed. It seemed I was told what I already knew (it's mild and bw 6 mo). I will ask all in portal but seems since I had questions written I should be allowed time like 15min to address and not wait 6mo wondering about basic answers. I'll be going to someone else but they can't see me 4mo but trying to get sooner if opening and office said it will be sooner.

The Young lady that check me in was a very pleasant person friendly and definitely made you comfortable. The other staff as well very very nice and professional!

Dr. Warner made me feel better about treating me for my cancer treatment & he care about what's and how to take care of me, he was very respectful !!

My visits have been amazing. Dr Warner has been very,very helpful. With him I have been treated pleasantly pleasing and I feel I'm n great hands .. He iz very knowledgeable... many thanks godspeed

Dr. Warner is my Cancer doctor but I feel he cares and my friend. He listens to my concerns and needs. Definitely would recommend him to other people with this journey.
