Einstein Juma, M.D.

Dr. Einstein Juma, M.D., received his bachelors and medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his residency at MAHEC general surgery program in Asheville, NC.

He treats a wide variety of general surgical disorders with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. This includes utilizing the DaVinci Robotic platform to address issues with gallbladder, hernia’s, appendix, colon, and small intestines, among others.

Dr. Juma seeks to closely involve his patients with their healthcare decisions with thorough explanation of available treatment options so they may come to their best individualized plan. He provides compassionate and evidence-based treatment at every step.

While away from the hospital Dr. Juma enjoys recreational basketball, traveling, and a variety of outdoors activities including hiking, kayaking, and pickle ball.
