The doctor is wonderful. As soon as he saw my finger knew it was a cyst. Took an ultrasound right in the office. The same time as my appointment and it confirmed what he told me. Did not alarm me and told me I could just leave it alone. Another doctor could have made a much bigger deal about it. I hope I never need a hand Dr again but if I do I know the doctor will take the best care of me. Thanks so much for your kindness Dr.

I am 72yo and drive 78 miles round trip to see "Dr Smiley" because I have 100 percent confidence that he knows what will give me the best outcome for my lifestyle and activities. He has operated on both of my hands multiple times for numerous indications: Dupytrens, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger and severe arthritis. I couldn't be happier: he's a good man and a very accomplished surgeon.
