Dr. Cadet and staff were great! I felt welcome from the time I walked in. Everybody explained processes in detail…Xray, Diagnostic process, cortizone shots, physical therapy and follow up! Morgan was friendly and so was my cray tech. I appreciate that she took extra tlc and considered my feelings while I was in pain.

He is very good at the doctor side, but he could work on his bedside manner a bit

Lack of compassion or "bedside manner" and condescending. Both times I interacted with him were rushed and never felt like he cared. Could be a great surgeon and smart, but has been absolutely dreadful to work with and left me feeling worse than when i came in and robbed of my time and money. Worst experience with a doctor in my life. Do better.

Dr Cadet provided helpful information for next steps to heal my fracture. He stated his guidance with professional assurance as well as informality. Latter was appreciated yet a bit startling, as my experiences are typically more formal. It was obvious that Dr Cadet is most knowledgeable about his shoulder speciality! As his patient I felt very grateful for his expertise. In addition he wrote an OT order which will increase my healing and recovery. Helpful news!

Wonderful surgeon. I had rotator cuff surgery and bicep tendon repair. My shoulder and bicep are healing nicely and my progress is right on track. My scars are minimal and are hidden well. My concerns regarding unresolved pain after surgery were not addressed in any fashion but rather simply dismissed. Dr. Cadet answered every question with the same generic reply that he could not give specifics because all people were different. He would not even go into the specifics of the surgery he had performed. Very dissapointing!

Throughout my ordeal with the pain of a broken shoulder, Dr Cadet provided calm and knowledgeable care that instilled trust. His recommendation for reverse total shoulder replacement has proven to be the best option. Though it has been painful I am making progress under his guidance and expect a full recovery in time. One learns the reality of long term patience and endurance. I feel fortunate to have been able to have the surgery done by Dr Cadet. Highly recommended!

I think Dr. Cadet was great! My only con was the office’s 15 minute rule with each patient. I was aware of this before going in but it just seemed like he was in a bit of a rush. Otherwise, he was really kind, informative on what was happening and respectful!

I think he was tired and stressed because he was too busy in the morning. He was an hour late. This fatigue showed up as his being hurried, avoiding eye contact, not acknowledging my own medical profession as kinship, maintaining a cold, strictly business presence, and a shoddy examination. Indeed it was a poor professional attitude and performance. Unless he was trained to be this way, he may someday improve his personal and professional relationships with his patients. I am a retired physician and was taught to be first a person caring for a person, another human being, and second, to make a respectful and attentive connection with my patients before entering the business contract. Going on military orders in 2 days and I don't know what to tell my command what to expect for my healing and restrictions for a shoulder injury that is currently requiring me to have help just to get dressed

Dr. Cadet was disengaged throughout the clinical encounter, unlike in prior visits. He was unfamiliar with the patient's prior surgical history despite having seen them before. There was minimal eye contact and he instead faced the examination table. He spent the majority of the clinical encounter looking at plain radiographs instead of the patient. Additionally, no physical exam was performed despite the fact that the patient arrived for a flare of a chronic problem and a new chief complaint. I'm disappointed with the suboptimal quality of care provided, the inadequate bedside manners, and the brevity of the encounter.

I was dealing with an injury for months, was only seen by the dr's pa. I was told to rest the injury. I came back in 6 months later for a separate injury and asked to have the original problem rechecked and was told I should just do physical therapy and more rest, and I requested an mri. It turned out I had a torn muscle and could need surgery. I only saw the actual dr after the mri had been performed. I feel like the care given here was very poor.

A very pleasant experience. Dr Cadet was thorough, knowledgeable and personable.

His office staff were horrible. I got rescheduled las minute the afternoon before my appointment. I was rushed to get new insurance numbers I didn’t know I needed that the office staff said they “couldn’t pull up” until only after my window to still make my appointment passed. I felt rushed to the side and out the door instead of trying to offer means of obtaining the new insurance numbers. Keep in mind, I’m fully insured. It’s the beginning of January and I’m not the subscriber (I’m a child of the subscriber). They literally rushed me out the door saying they made me an appointment with a doctor in urgent care. 1) there were only PAs in urgent care, 2) THEY DONT TAKE APPOINTMENTS! I can’t believe such a great doctor has such unqualified, incompetent, disorganized, careless, power-seeking office staff. The quality of care was 10x worse than my University’s free student hospital which had 1.5 stars on Google. How was I referred to HERE?? I’m strongly considering never coming back

Our visit lasted 6 minutes. It is very cursory and doesn't seem worth the money for 6 minutes. It seems to be more financially responsible to only have an appt in case of a problem. The PT seems very competent to indicate if there is something not progressing along the adequate timeline.

I feel the visit was rushed my appointment was at 3 I walked out ar 3:09. I just feel when trying to explain my concerns it was brushed off. When he walked out a lady came in with a paper and band and said do these exercises not to mention which one or how to do them. I just felt it was waste of visit still no resolution. I asked about a brace I could use when telling my jobs that I do. I just feel overall the visit was a waste. I wasn't going to do the survey but hopefully this will help change things for the next person. I do understand we all have bad days but we all still have a job to do

I did not see Dr. Cadet for my visit.

Didn't really felt heard. I had questions about different types of scans that Dr. Cadet was recommending vs. a different type of scan that my previous doctor used. Didn't feel good that a treatment course could be identified with the scans he ordered, or the minimal physical exam he performed during the visit. Had to come in TWICE just to see the doctor ONCE for less than 10 minutes. No apology for missing the previous day's appointment. Probably never knew.

Saw Dr. Cadet for a ongoing shoulder issue I’ve been babying a year or more. Frozen shoulder, quick shot of cortisone game me some immediate backward mobility. Follow up with some PT! He’s my new hero!

Waited to see Dr. Cadet for 40 mins after x rays were taken. MRI order was not given to the scheduler and therefore, the MRI procedure is delayed.

He also told me that while he is a surgeon, he will only operate if he feels that it will make me better, not just another surgeon doing surgery to do surgery.
