He’s the most intelligent doctor I’ve ever seen!
always a professional let you know what’s going on doesn’t hold back and gives you all the options. Would recommend them to anybody that I know.
To me, Dr Song is an amazing individual and an outstanding surgeon. He is very thorough in his evaluations and diagnoses, and he explains everything in detail in layman’s terms so it’s easily understood. He communicates very well and he takes time to listen, and answer all your questions. He’s just a really good doc and a great guy. I’ve trusted him with my life four times in the past 12 months: two cervical (neck) surgeries and two lumbar / sacrum (lower back) surgeries. I’ve had a lot of surgeries in my life, but the spinal surgeries scared the hell out of me. You can’t make a mistake; it could mean paralysis or death. Dr Song’s skillset, confidence, thoroughness put me at ease and eliminated that fear. Although still healing from the fourth and last spinal surgery … I am done and I have my life back. Thank you Dr Song
Dr Song has kindly and professionally treated my back issues. Excellent surgeon
Great bedside manner, took his time explaining my MRI results, very knowledgeable…and I would definitely see him again!
Dr. Song is wonderful, he listens and then gives me his thoughts and advice. He says go ahead and get a second opinion, but I wouldn’t because he’s awesome. His staff is great as well.
Outstanding service. Appointment was conducted earlier than scheduled. Informative, showed MRI and explained exactly was the issues were. Provided options on next steps.
Outstanding surgeon!
Took the time to really look at the imaging carefully, and show me what his recommendation would be. Really wanted to help.
I'd like to use profanity to describe the two women in the back behind the desk. As a man, I'm reluctant to admit I left very emotional. After several years and surgeries, Dr. Song was someone who was important person to me and one I looked up tovery much. The person I visited was not that same man. It was dumb to think there was a friendship in the past when we spoke to each other about family and hobbies. This time, he came in for no longer than a minute, then less than 5 in front of his computer before showing the door. I made the mistake in one of my only two questions I could ask, about my prescription and embarrasingly received a belittling answer in front of the staff. Sent a prayer for Dr. Song.
