He completed his clinical internship and fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Children’s Hospital and Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. Dr. Peck is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Academy of Professional Psychology-American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. He is a former elected Board Member of the AACN and currently serves as the AACN Committee Co-Chair for selection of the Distinguished Neuropsychologist of the Year Award.
He is a Fellow in the National Academy of Neuropsychology.
He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Psychology.
He is in his second 4-year term as the Board Appointee to the American Board of Quality Assurance and Review Physicians.
He is an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Psychology – VCU.
Dr. Peck has a lifespan private practice dedicated to helping people think and function better in school, at work, and throughout the different phases of life. He provides inpatient/outpatient differential diagnostic neuropsychological and neurobehavioral consultations for conditions such as Dementia vs Pseudo-Dementia, Memory Loss, ADHD, CVA, Traumatic Brain Injury, Sleep Disorders as well as numerous other medical conditions not limited to MI/Cardiac Surgery, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, CNS Tumors, Chronic Pain and Psychiatric Disorders. He directs the Executive Cognitive Assessment Program for a large, multi-state Concierge Medicine Group.
He is designated a neutral neuropsychologist for the National Football League in the assessment of their retirees.
He provides pre-surgical neuropsychological assessment services for kidney and heart transplant patients, as well as Bariatric Surgery and Spinal Cord Pain Management surgeries.
He provides Disability Determination and Forensic Consultation Services to Plaintiff and Defense.
He has been designated as the Richmond Magazine “Top Doc” in Clinical Psychology for 5 years in a row.
He has received two Gubernatorial Appointments to the Virginia Board of Psychology and has been the Vice Chair of the Board of Psychology and Chair of the Discipline Committee.
