Dr Ho is a great Doc. His office staff don’t answer the phone asks you to leave a message after waiting at least 10- 15 min. And then never call you back. Very frustrating

Appointment was prompt and all personnel were great. Doc Ho was unrushed and phlebotomist was especially competent.
