Always pays close attention and makes me feel as if he is truly listening and there for me.. rather than rushing to the next thing... and seeming distracted, like many other doctors i have visited.
Very professional. Took the time to answer all my questions about a TKR. Seems very self assured and did not push the procedure at all.
I have used Dr Lilly since 2013 for my 2nd hip replacement, and he is a wonderful doctor. He listens attentively, explains diagnoses and treatment options. Scheduling is easy, office staff are very pleasant, however their "with you in just a few minutes " sometimes turns into long wait time once in the exam room. I really wish they would give updates to insure I had not been forgotten, as I do understand situations cone up, some patients need longer times with the doctor. Even though this visit was very long, I most certainly would not change; yes, I like Dr. Lilly that much.
He gave me the peace of mind about a previous knee replacement.
