This man is a gem! He took out a Giant Cell tumor that was wrapped around my ulner nerve in 2007. I am an artist and no other surgeon would touch me. He is humble, a truly nice person and answered all my questions. I came in last month 6/2023 with a tendon issue and he gave me a couple of shots and the issue seems to be resolved for now. This is my hand guy and he should be yours too!

I’ve had one appointment with Dr. Frankel and was very impressed with my thorough exam. Dr. Frankel thoroughly explained my treatment options for a thumb and forefinger. While he explained surgeries that would “fix” my issues, he recommended against them at this time. In the final analysis, he showed me a thumb brace available on Amazon for $10 and recommended I wear it at night. If that doesn’t help, cortisone injections in the thumb joint might be tried. Surgery is WAY down the road. My kind of doctor - thorough, knowledgeable, no nonsense, and recommending least invasive options.

Great doctor ; very impressed !!

I have been seeing Dr. Frankel for several years and the care is always most excellent. He has so much knowledge and experience, is a great communicator, and has wonderful bedside manner to boot.

This was the first time I saw him. He took the time to explain the x-ray to me and provided his exam comments to the tech that was capturing his notes. He provided options and actually listened to me and treated the way I requested. I'm certain given the treatment that I'll be back in some time to see him as what I have will not go away but I'm ok with that. Another positive is I did not have to wait an hour to see him and I will. I was in and out within one hour of my appointment time. Good work Dr. Frankel!

He performed surgery on my left hand and provided me with extremely clear instructions for post-op care, rehab and made me aware of how to change my bandages, if/when I would feel pain, etc. honestly the best experience I have ever had speaking with a doctor. I brought my 3 year old granddaughter and Dr Frankel talked with her and her dolls. This was important for her and for me too. He was very informative about my upcoming procedure and answered all of my questions throughly. It is reassuring when a Dr takes time with a patient and her family.
