He completed a urology residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and has practiced in Ocala and The Villages, Florida since 1996. Dr. King is a past president of the Marion County Medical Society and a former Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the Ocala Regional Medical Center. He has held numerous leadership positions at the Munroe Regional Medical Center (now Advent Health Ocala) including Chief of the hospital’s medical staff and vice-chairman of the Munroe Medical Center Board of Directors.

I like Dr. King, however the appointment was almost an hour late. I have also had trouble in scheduling my last procedure and was not given pre procedure instructions or given the wrong instructions. It required a close eye on my part and numerous phone calls to keep everything on track. Good doctor but office management needs improvement.
