Dr.Contreras is very thorough and spent a lot of time with me explaining hat the course of my treatment would be. Never felt rushed and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

He was board certified for internal medicine in 1991 and gastroenterology in 1995. He joined Waco Gastroenterology in 1994.
Dr. Contreras is a member of the McLennan County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterology Association.
