Dr.Edward Ashman is the best he seen I was nervous yesterday day he recommended me to a chromosome shot and it worked awesome I feel the difference today. He take out time and patience and explain everything with understanding real appreciate him Thank you

Absalutley went better than expected. Full shoulder replacement ,can finally sleep in the shoulder with no pain and recovery time was quick,from the very beginning with minimal pain. Thankyou thankyou. Came out of it with a bicep too,that hasn't been there in years.

My nerve block wore off in 18 hours, and the hospital would not give me my medication as needed to control my pain other than that what he did was great.

Looked at my x-rays. Told me he thought my meniscus was bruised but he still recommended an mri. When I hesitated, all of a sudden he says 75% chance I tore my meniscus and will need surgery. Leaves the room and a woman comes in to hand me a follow up appointment a month from now. When I asked what do I do about my pain and my limp in the meantime she looked at me with a blank stare… I asked, do I take pills? Do I wear a brace or bandage? She says, yea you can take some pills or wear a brace if it doesn’t bother you. The end. I never leave reviews but wow. Super sketchy “doctor”.

Dr. Edward Ashman joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2003. He is fellowship trained in the surgical treatment of athletic injuries of the shoulder, knee and elbow.
He is currently on faculty as an assistant professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
Dr. Ashman received a Bachelor of Science in 1992 from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. He attended New York’s Albany Medical College where he received his doctor of medicine in 1997. He completed his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at Albany Medical Center.
In 2003, Dr. Ashman completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Nirschl Sports Clinic at Georgetown Medical Center in Washington, D.C., under the guidance of the renowned Dr. Robert P. Nirschl. During this fellowship, Dr. Ashman served as a team physician for the George Mason University football and basketball teams.
Dr. Ashman practices at the highest level of sports medicine having treated many professional athletes including members of the ATP professional tennis tour and the AVP professional beach volleyball tour. He regularly provides care for performers in many of the largest and most popular shows on the Las Vegas Strip, including Cirque Du Soleil productions.
