Overall, fantastic experience with Dr. Akelman and his staff. His assistant got me in to see him as a new patient THE NEXT DAY. I'm aware luck came into play here a bit, but considering I'd be lucky to even get a call back from another office the same day, I'd say this still speaks to the team's quality.
