Eduardo A. Garcia, M.D.

A desire to help people led Dr. Eduardo A. Garcia, M.D. to a career in oncology and hematology. He encourages questions and provides information individually geared to the patient’s level of understanding. Equally fluent in both Spanish and English, Dr. Garcia answers questions and addresses concerns in the patient’s native tongue for an added level of comfort. He views recreation and work as therapeutic and encourages his patients to stay busy, as they are able, both during and following treatment.

He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Hematology and the American Board of Oncology. He holds professional memberships in American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American College of Physicians.

For his Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology Dr. Garcia chose Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach. He earned both his Medical and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of Miami.
