I made a appointment to see the person who did surgery on me and the assistant ended up seeing me. If I wanted to see the PA then I would have made an appointment with him. The least he could have done was stop in the room to follow-up. Kind of disrespectful.

I had no issues at all with treatment, aside the long wait, but also I saw Dr. Echols for all but one or two minutes at the end. This doesn’t take away from the quality of the visit, he has a wonderful staff.

Dr. Echols was very thorough in regards to my concerns. He was able to devise a treatment plan so that I will be on the road to recovery. I didn’t feel rushed through my exam, he was able to read my eyes to get a sense of my pain level. I wasn’t handed off to another nurse or assistant to do everything themselves and I appreciate that.

Dr. Echols made me feel totally at ease and was very attentive. He patiently listened and answered all of my questions fully. He personally went over my after care instructions and then, reiterated them before he left to make sure I understood them (I don't remember the last time a physician did that personally or so effectively). I left with the feeling he was invested in me getting better. I was very impressed!

Dr was so pleasant and kind very professional with a splash of humor very accommodating. But I waited 2 hrs. Also once again his planes or instructions were not carried out his team did not connect me with PT I explained what he said yet again that portion was a nightmare. I left with out pT connection. But the Dr.my experience with him was nearly as good as my primary but she has an amazing team his only ok.

This was a preop visit and I was greeted by. I was greeted by his secretary, who books the surgeries she brought me back to a room didn’t even say good morning all she did was here’s your paperwork you need to sign he’ll be in the room shortly didn’t tell me that I was going to see a PA which was fine with me, but it would’ve been professional if she would’ve said the doctors not going to see you today, but it’ll be the physician assistant. Also, I had to run all over town trying to find my brace because no one called me ahead of time to let me know that I needed to get a shoulder brace which all insurance companies you need to get that authorize a day before the surgery. I had to call different companies the insurance company it would’ve been nice for the secretary to have notified me that I could’ve worked on this way before the surgery I’ve had prior surgeries with other medical groups, and everyone has given me instructions way ahead of time that was unacceptable 😡😡

Never saw Dr Echols- only his intern. I was rescheduled twice just to wait 2 hrs to see his intern only. The intern said I wasn’t a surgical candidate and I should do physical therapy so I asked him for examples of exercises I could do and his response was “ we are surgeons. I don’t have time to go over exercises with you and you don’t see any equipment I could attach to the wall to show you” nice response after waiting 2 hours to see Dr Echols

This is my second visit with PA Corey Spegal. He is such an outstanding PA and I can't find the words to describe how thoughtful, intelligent, and caring he is. Corey has helped me with a tennis elbow, given me clear ways to recover and is a huge asset to this practice Dr Echols is also sensational and Corey is a huge complement to him.

I Researched this doctor after I was referred by a Friend, scheduled the appointment to see him specifically as the referral was really good. However at the time pf the visit I was seen and exam by someone else, the do doctor came in very late, stayed in the room for 3 min and didnt even touch me to see me issue.
