My rating is not so much for the physician as it is for the staff! I arrived for my appointment early. The lady at the front desk did not smile nor made me feel welcome, she showed no engagement. I waited to be called back for one and a half hours and was taken to a room. Another of the staff opened the door and said in an unpleasant manor "you have not been to xray" no one told me I needed to go to xray first and the way she questioned me as if I did something wrong. Now she escorts me to xray and after another 10 or 15 minute wait got the xrays that should have been done while I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours before even being called to a room. Long story short, I arrived for my appointment at 10 a.m. and did not leave the building until after 1 p.m.
