Excellent bedside manner. He played music to help relax me, told jokes and helped me when I started hyperventilating. He was very kind and thoroughly explained the procedure however care after instructions were lacking. I do think some type of anesthesia should be used with iovera treatment…laughing gas at the very least.

Very friendly and empathetic doctor. I was made to feel comfortable, even though I’m dealing with stressful conditions. I feel like I’m in good hands, no matter what the outcomes are.
