I had an appointment for 9:40, was there at 9:05 to fill out the paperwork. Got x-rays and after 2 hours of waiting to see the doctor, I spent more time with his assistant taking notes, then I did with the doctor. She told me that he was fast and he was in the room less then 5 minutes with me, and I left with a business card for another doctor from him in case a couple of weeks of physical therapy didn't work. Really, if he had bothered to read my history he could have seen that my back issues started in 2017 and the issue is just getting worse with my back. I won't be turning

I felt unheard and dismissed. I will be going elseware.

I felt like Dr. Mahoney was frustrated that I did not do PT prior to my visit. The whole purpose of my visit was to discuss what or if any treatment that I would need .
