The front check-in seems to be a real bottleneck. When I asked for a receipt that had the date of service I was told I couldn’t get that until it went through BILLING and then what I had would be enough. It’s not enough. I knew it wasn’t enough, but the girl would not take no for an answer. The girl that was training back in the exam room was very unfriendly not very approachable. She actually wore a tag that she was being trained, so maybe you can tell her to be a little nicer.
