On another note:
Might be a good idea to switch to a number system for check in. With the room that large, it’s hard to hear the names being called.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for a 5minute visit. Very brief, poor “bedside” manners. Left w/o apologizing for long wait. Did not ask if we had questions. Very brief reason for surgical recommendation. Disappointing. Had good reviews online. Actual visit did not match the reviews.
We left uncertain and questioning if we had come to the right place for treatment.
