Dr. Nguyen is Board Certified through the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
He is one of the few hand surgeons in the city covering level 2 hand trauma call treatment including but not limited to replantations, fractures, tendon, and nerve injuries. From the elective hand surgical treatment side, he is one of the most progressive and innovative hand surgeons in the area, constantly updating his repertoire of treatment options, ranging from traditional approaches to cutting edge treatments such as all upper extremity joint arthroplasties, reconstruction, and endoscopic carpal tunnel releases.
Dr. Nguyen views the hand as an intricate tool , not only because of its delicate complex structure intimately packaged, but also because of the livelihood and individuality it represents. For this reason, he feels tireless communication is crucial between patient and physician. Only by working as a team for the common goal to understand and develop realistic expectations can we in turn, optimize the highest outcome possible.
I would’ve given a better rating but he came in looked at the crate and explained them then left so quickly I didn’t even have a chance to ask him questions. Way to fast!
My visits with him always seem rushed.
Not abfan of being on time for my scheduled appointment only to wait over 45 minutes to be seen and spend less than 5 minutes.
Dr Nguyen is Awesome. Hope this will get a smile from him
Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable but lacks bedside manner. These are very big decisions. He does not foster an environment of open dialogue and is in in out of his appointments quickly without any encouragement to ask questions.
You are good
Was pleasant and once seeing X-rays, confirmed finger will heal on its own. Back in 2-wks for finger exam. Very pleasant and calming personality.
Wonderful physician. He explains concepts well, tells you what the problem is, and explains what will best fix the problem. Also, he is very nice.
Thoroughly explained my test results, alternate ways forward, and possible outcomes, leading to a decision.
All. Personnel polite. Nice
